To return or exchange any of our products please contact us, quoting your original order number, date of purchase, product item number and description, nature of the problem and whether you would like an exchange or refund.  We will issue you with an exchange number to include with the product when you send it back.  Return the product by pre-paid registered mail.   Upon receiving the goods we will expedite processing of a refund, replacement or exchange for another product.  Please note that we refund the cost of product only. (Not postage)
