How do I create an Account?

1. Hold your mouse over the 'Account' button on the top navigation bar and click the 'Login' button.
2. Click on 'Continue' under 'New Customer'.
3. Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

1. Click the "My Account" link on the right hand side of the screen and choose the appropriate option

I forgot my password

1. Click the"My Account" link on the right hand side in the toy store. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

I received the wrong product

1. Please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?

1. All orders are despatched within 48 hours of receipt.
2. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link on the right hand side in the toy store, login and then choose the "My Orders" option to track the status of your order.
