I have placed an order and heard nothing from you
When you place an order we will email you an order confirmation to the email address you supplied when you created your account with us. We also email a shipping confirmation when your order is depatched from our warehouse.

Click the "My Account" link to check your orders status.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
You can only do this during the shopping process. Once your order has been processed you will not be able to make these changes. Whilst you are shopping you can 'Remove' items from your shopping cart, by clicking 'Cart Contents' located on the right hand side of the screen and then click on 'Update'. This allows you to remove and change quantities.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We exclusively use Australia Post for all our deliveries. You can find more information about shipping times and charges on our Shipping Information page

My order never arrived
Click the "My Account" link to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have been shipped already. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?
As soon as we receive the item from the supplier, it will be shipped to you.

Why was my order cancelled?
On rare occasions, we cancel customer orders for the following reasons:
- For your protection, we require that the billing address you use at Organised Kaos match the billing address on your credit card. If your credit card issuer can't verify your billing address, we cancel your order for security reasons.
- You contact and request us to cancel the order.
- The product you ordered cannot be supplied.
- We are unable to contact you if we have any matters that need to be resolved, eg out of stock items, shipping charges, or credit card details.
