How much is shipping and handling?

The charge for shipping and handling Australia wide for parcels up to 250gms (incl packaging) is $4.00.

The charge for shipping and handling Australia wide for parcels 251gms to 500gms (incl packaging) is $6.00.

The charge for shipping and handling to Victoria, South Australia, ACT, New South Wales, & Tasmania is up to $9.95 per delivery address.

The charge for shipping and handling to Queensland, Northern Territory, and Western Australia is up to $11.95 per delivery address. Items are shipped from regional Melbourne.

 
     
 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We dispatch orders from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within Australia normally takes between 1 and 7 business days from dispatch. We are proud to exclusively use Australia Post for all our deliveries. You can find more information about shipping times and charges on our "Shipping Information Page".

 
     
 

What happens if no-one is at home when you deliver?

Australia Post will leave a card informing you that they have attempted delivery. You will then need to collect your parcel from your nearest post office.

 
     
 

Can I pick my order up from your store?

Our warehouse is located in St Helena Victoria and we are happy for you to collect orders as long as prior arrangements have been made.

 
     
 

Do you ship to my country?

We only ship within Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, and regional Australian areas.

 
     
 

What is your exchange policy?

You can purchase from us with complete confidence. Our range of products are selected from major toy and gift suppliers. We choose quality items, which with normal use, will give many years of service to you and your family. However we realise that occasionally things can go wrong, so we are happy to provide you with normal manufacturer's warranty on ALL items we sell.

We will exchange your product (with prior notification to us via email or by phoning +61 (03) 9432 3872 within 30 days of the original shipment date.

The item(s) returned must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to obtain an exchange. We will not accept items returned otherwise. Additional delivery charges may apply in some exchange circumstances ie: if new product weighs more than the item returned.

Where the item(s) is faulty or the incorrect product has been shipped we will provide a full refund or exchange at no cost to the customer.

OK4Kids is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit. All packages should be returned to us via a trackable method. Return postage is at the customers’ expense.
