You can place an order online with OK4KIDS the following ways:

Online

Shop online any time of the day using our secure and user friendly shopping cart.

(1) Browse our store and when you find something you would like to purchase, click "Add To Cart". The items you select will appear in your shopping cart, click "View Cart" link located at the top of our website.

(2) When you have finished shopping, click "View Cart", make any necessary adjustments or changes to your order, select your Gift Wrapping options and then "Proceed To Checkout" to pay for your order.

Paypal Payment

In the interest and safety of our customers, we have decided to cease credit cards transactions through our website.

We have found that paying via PAYPAL is a much safer way of payment.

You DO NOT need to have a PAYPAL account to pay through PAYPAL, you can use your credit card through PAYPAL which is 100% safe.

There is no other safer method.

Order Amendments and Cancellations

Please contact us immediately for order cancellations or amendments before they are processed and shipped out. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

You will receive an Order Confirmation email from us detailing your order and shipping details. You will also receive an Order Confirmation email when your order has been shipped from us.

If you do not receive any Order Confirmation emails, please send us a message via the contact us page.

Products are thoroughly checked before we pack and despatch your order within 1-2 business day days of cleared payment to us.

We are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent postal standards across the country. We work with Australia Post to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible. Whilst we will ship promptly and efficiently, please understand that there may be delays from time to time which are out of our control.
